  Pack the Product

  Place the item in its original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth quality check process.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours for a reverse pickup; please ensure you collect the pickup receipt.

  Refund Processing

  Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
